This is an initial meeting; either by phone or in person at Nura’s office to discuss your body, what you are working with and how Nura can help you through the process of recovering balance within. She is also happy to make referrals to other specialists that can support your health.

Your sessions will then be $103 per session rather than $115.

Payment, Insurance, Policy

Payment is expected at the time of treatment. You may pay in cash, personal checks, credit cards or through Paypal.

Insurance

We will gladly check your insurance benefits for you if you do not know whether your plan covers Acupuncture.
Please send us your Insurance information including your full name, Insurance company, member ID and your
date of birth. Nura will let you know within a few days what your insurance benefits will cover.

We will work directly with your provider for reimbursement. The easiest way for us to check for your insurance benefits is for you to take a picture of your insurance card and text it to Nura’s work phone number (415)846-7636 or email address Nura@NuraMcCauley.com Make sure to include your date of birth.

Nura is in network with Blue Shield and treats many clients out of network with other PPO plans. Send your insurance information to us, and let’s see what is possible for receiving Acupuncture through your insurance plan.

If you would like to make insurance claims yourself, we will offer you a Super Bill with the diagnostic codes your insurance company looks for to provide reimbursement.
